1. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ and legally capable of contracting. Keep your registration info accurate and your credentials secure.

2. Listings & Product Compliance

• No illegal, unsafe, or counterfeit items.
• Listings must be accurate and comply with applicable laws.
• Honor prices and terms shown at checkout.

3. Seller Obligations

• Timely shipping, valid tracking, and responsive support.
• Accurate stock; promptly update unavailable items.
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly.

4. Fees & Payouts

Commissions/subscriptions may apply. Payouts may be delayed/offset for refunds, disputes, or risk checks.

5. Orders, Returns, Refunds

Fulfill promptly or cancel if you cannot. Return/refund policies must be clear and lawful.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud or misrepresentation.
• Circumventing marketplace fees.
• Infringing, obscene, or harmful content.

7. IP & Content License

You represent you own your content and grant Ekigen a limited license to host/display it to operate the service.

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify or suspend features at any time; no uptime guarantee is provided.

9. Liability

Services are provided “as is”. Ekigen’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination & Governing Law

We may suspend/terminate for violations. Governing law and venue are as disclosed in your seller dashboard.
